Word of the Year: Playing Big

As we move into Fall 2024, I feel the pull for a new Word of the Year. I feel my projects and dreams for my last Word of the Year have been fulfilled and now I am in the place where that word (Creative) will always be with me but it’s time to step into something new.

I love living by the Seasons instead of by the calendar…and for me Fall is a big time of transition.

I’ve been getting many signs that my next word needs to bring me to the next level and help me lean into my own Thought Leadership and standing in front, no longer being in a support role but actually leading with my own unique perspective and lived experience.

I wasn’t sure what word would emcompass all of this until I started getting little signs- in social media posts, through conversations, and most clearly right in my email inbox!

I’m excited to share my new Fall 2024 Word of Year - PLAYING BIG

Playing Big to me means putting myself out there in ways that feel scary and uncomfortable but are my true calling as a coach and strategist for eCommerce store owners.
Playing Big means working through my own Mindset blocks and limiting beliefs.

My guidance for Playing Big is coming from a book I’m reading with that exact title.

Playing Big by Tara Mohr.

When choosing your Word of the Year, I’m a big fan of creating a physical reminder of the word. Otherwise, it will easily be forgotten and slip away.

My favorite reminder is to have WOTY bracelet made by Beadorable. I choose stones with meanings and colors that tie back to the word and what it means to me.

If you are interest in having a guided experience to choose your WOTY sign up for the waitlist. My workshops and ebook will be available soon.
