Why A Support Network Is Important
We may run the day-to-day of our businesses by ourselves but that doesn't mean we don't need the help of others.
I call the support system that successful store owners put in place the Circle of Influence. Think of it as your board of advisors.
This circle of influence will naturally develop over time depending on what you and your business need at any point in time.
The important thing is to continuously curate this group - let go of those who make you feel bad, don't add value or education and instead look for trusted resources that help you make progress.
