About the Client:

an-arketype is an independent studio run by two graphic designers. We create sleek designs to elevate your space and work. Our offerings include professional InDesign templates that save you time and vibrant products that bring color and stories to your spaces.

The Challenge:

When the 2 founders of an-arketype came to me, they were experiencing very few sales and lacked the necessary knowledge of how to effectively market their beautiful InDesign templates. Additionally, they wanted to transition from Wix to Shopify and wanted to work with someone who had knowledge of Shopify.

They reached out to get my help in building a marketing plan to enhance their marketing strategies and identify areas of improvement in our business.

Before working with me, they attempted to research online to gain some insights, but it proved to be challenging. The information available was often too generic or disorganized, making it difficult to know where to start. Additionally, they were new to eCommerce and the over-use of industry jargon was a barrier in finding the answers they were seeking.

The Solution:

They engaged me for a 3-session marketing coaching package to identify their ideal customer, learn how to speak their language and where to market to find that perfect customer. 

Together we:

  • Identified the ideal customer and how to find them on marketplace sites including Etsy & Creative Market

  • Fine-tuned SEO, product listings, product titles, and marketing copy to speak to their ideal client

  • Identified what normal looks like - covering website essentials, conversion rates, and sales
