Hey there, e-commerce entrepreneurs! It's Tina here, and I want to dive into a topic that's been on my mind lately: mindset. As a coach in the e-commerce space, I've noticed this subject coming up time and time again in my conversations with store owners. But here's the thing - mindset isn't a one-size-fits-all concept.
"What mindset means to different people is very different. It's also where you are in the stage of business, your stage of life, your personal situation, your lived experiences that all make up our mindset."
Sure, there might be some fancy dictionary definition out there, but in reality, mindset is deeply personal. It's shaped by our individual experiences, the stage of our business, and our unique life circumstances.
So, instead of trying to be some guru spouting generic advice, I decided to take a different approach. I'm reaching out to people I admire and respect in the e-commerce world - store owners who've been through the ups and downs, who are living it every day, and who are constantly evolving their personal mindset.
Why? Because I believe their insights can offer you something truly valuable:
Spark new ideas
Provide fresh perspectives
Help you feel understood and less alone
Let's face it, sometimes what we really need is to know that we're not alone on this journey. That what we're going through is normal, and that there's a way forward that isn't as scary or complicated as we might think.
The only way to truly understand this is by learning from those who've walked the path before us. People who've overcome mindset obstacles or embraced new ways of thinking.
This series is my experiment in exploring mindset, specifically for e-commerce store owners. Because let's be honest, we're a special breed. We're driven, we want to put products out into the world, connect with customers, and make money through our passion.

We have a unique set of perspectives and challenges. That's why I'm bringing you insights from a diverse group of people - personal friends, colleagues, coaching clients, and industry leaders I admire. Each one has a unique take on mindset that I believe is worth hearing.
