Spring Seasonal business reflections:

I am now running my business with 3-month goals led by the seasons vs. by quarters.

It feels much more natural to me and the expansiveness of seasons vs. daily or weekly lists and deadlines have been so much healthier and more effective for both businesses.
I am in it for slow, steady long-term growth.

The interesting thing is I have to keep holding myself back from ideas that do not belong in my spring season goals and park them for later action.

For example, building products, sales strategy, partnerships, and collaborations ....all need to wait for later in the year.

If I jump ahead, I defeat the purpose of my current goal.

A true example of needing to first slow down to speed up!

Welcome to Spring, my season of Audience building

My 2 channels are:

1) My private podcast - I invite you to listen in for a deep dive on e-commerce mindset
2) Instagram audience connection: through honest and useful content delivered daily

It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of focus to do the work and not get discouraged at the daily minuscule progress.

Looking back, I already see massive growth, knowing I had started at nearly 0.

So tell me does seasonal planning appeal to you? Do you have any questions? If so, reach out I’d love to connect.
