SPRING BUSINESS PLANNING: SlowINg Down To Speed Up

Celebrating Leap Day with this beautiful full bloom tree I saw in my neighborhood this week.

This is my reminder to get outside for more hours each day now that spring is coming!

❄️ The winter hbernation time is over (ideating, planning)

🌱 Spring growth is here, and It's time to let those seeds grow (experimenting creating)

That means more daily posting from me, as I move into a creating and sharing season of my business. 🌸🌷

Planning in Seasons vs. Quarters
Working in seasonal blocks vs. traditional calendar quarters is a concept I recently learned about, and I am excited to try it.

Working with nature and natural rhythms makes so much sense to me, so I am interested to see if it brings me better results, personal calm, and better mental health.

PLANNING THE SEASON

Recently, I've heard various forms of the message, success comes when you embrace the idea of “slowing down to speed up”.

I totally agree, and that is why I am experimenting with a new seasonal business schedule.

Instead of setting arbitrary deadlines and success measures, I am giving myself 3-month seasonal blocks to accomplish one big project with a secondary supporting goal.

This requires patience, focus, consistent action, and a real commitment to the goal.

If you are reading or seeing this post, then you are part of my spring plan!

SPRING = AUDIENCE

In this season, my goal is to learn, ideate, create, engage, and grow an audience.

The #1 project is to create my private podcast, and the second project is to build an audience via daily Instagram posting.
